Rick Weinberg has written extensively about business, sports, art, culture and human interest for the New York Times, ESPN, FOX and Associated Press. He has covered Major League Baseball, Wall Street, the NFL and has written more than 3,500 stories in his career. He has conducted one-on-on interviews with and written stories on some of the most well-known personalities in business and sports, including Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriquez, John Elway, Joe Montana, Troy Aikman and Brett Favre.

Outside of sports, Rick has interviewed such prominent personalities as Warren Buffett, Clint Eastwood, Steve Wynn and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Recognizing a lack of media exposure for small local businesses, Rick launched California Business Journal to help provide entrepreneurs and small business owners with a unique and powerful marketing tool to promote themselves and their businesses. Rick has also won awards as a PR Specialist, having generated more than $100 million in media exposure for a variety of clients.
